Since its founding, PV-Invest GmbH has been dedicated to producing energy from sustainable sources. Electricity generation using photovoltaics is extremely effective and efficient, resulting in a low ecological footprint. During its first year of operation, a PV power plant on average saves the same amount of CO2 as emitted while manufacturing the various system components.<\/p>\n

It is an interest-bearing security for raising capital in the medium and long term. The bond is equivalent to the investor\u2019s receivable from PV \u2013 Invest GmbH. When subscribing to a bond, the investor thus becomes the issuer\u2019s creditor.<\/p>\n
The bond holder is not only entitled to repayment of the sum invested or principal, but also to payment of the agreed interest. PV \u2013 Invest GmbH bonds are fixed interest securities, as the interest rate is stated right from the start and is not contingent on certain events occurring.<\/p>\n
Bonds are generally regarded as a low-risk investment form because they have defined coupon or interest rates and a fixed maturity. Unlike with shares, you know at the time you subscribe whether there will be a return on investment and what it will be. The bond yields are taxed at source and the capital gains tax paid, which means that no additional income tax is payable.
