Klagenfurt, 22 June 2023<\/strong>. The audited consolidated financial statements of the PV-Invest Group were published for the 2022 financial year and show a consistently positive development. The year 2022 was characterised by a volatile energy market. Towards the end of 2021, energy prices were already rising sharply. The year 2022 thus already started with exceptionally high electricity prices, which only visibly moved downwards again towards the end of 2022. In the PV-Invest Group, the energy price situation had different effects depending on the country. In Austria, the result could be increased significantly. In the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) business area, PV power plants were built, especially for Austrian utilities. The resulting turnover is largely responsible for the massive increase in the operating performance of the PV-Invest Group. PV-Invest’s business also continued to do very well in Italy. Italy has given decisive impetus to the expansion of photovoltaics through legislative relief. With the sale of a 250 MWp project pipeline at the end of 2022 and the successive completion of its own projects, Italy will shape PV-Invest’s business activities this year and in the coming years. In addition, activities will continue to be driven forward, especially in Greece, Slovenia and Austria.<\/p>\n

About the company<\/strong>
PV-Invest GmbH and its subsidiaries are active in th<\/strong>e field of renewable energies and generate their income on the one hand from the sale of the electricity mainly produced from their photovoltaic power plants and on the other hand from the EPC business (construction of new PV projects) with their subsidiaries KPV Solar GmbH in Austria and ENERSON d.o.o in Slovenia. The company currently has existing properties with a total output of 60 MWp in operation. Total assets as of 31.12.2022 amount to 137.8 million euros.<\/p>\n
