PV-Invest GmbH is an internationally active group of companies in the renewable energy sector. Revenue is primarily generated from the operation of photovoltaic power plants across ten European countries. The company also operates in the EPC business (engineering, procurement and construction) in Austria, Italy and Slovenia. Financial stability is supported by bonds, citizen participation models and traditional bank and lease financing. As of 31 December 2024, PV-Invest operates plants with a total capacity of 80 MWp. Total assets amount to EUR 139,3 million.<\/p>\n
From an operational perspective, the financial year was marked by the implementation of new projects in Italy, Greece, and Austria, as well as the start of the largest EPC project in the company\u2019s history. In Italy, the development pipeline is being repurchased from the previous cooperation partner. Additionally, the company relocated its headquarters to a new building in Krumpendorf am W\u00f6rthersee.<\/p>\n
Despite the negative annual result due to the repurchase of the project pipeline in Italy, the company\u2019s equity and liquidity position remains stable. PV-Invest continues to have a stable financing structure and is well positioned to implement its growth strategy.<\/p>\n
In the coming years, PV-Invest will significantly expand its generation capacity, particularly in Southern Europe. The focus will be on the realisation of large-scale PV projects, which will strengthen earnings and the balance sheet in the long term.<\/p>\n
