Klagenfurt\u00a0, November 16th<\/sup> 2017.\u00a0The PV-Invest GmbH\u00a0based in Klagenfurt\u00a0issues\u00a0new\u00a0corporate bonds. The\u00a0drawing start is the November\u00a017th<\/sup>\u00a02017.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PV-Invest GmbH, based in Lakeside B07, 9020 Klagenfurt, Austria, issues new corporate bonds. The total volume of the issue is up to 15 million euros. The volume is divided to two new bonds with seven year maturity and a fixed interest rate of 4.15% and a ten-year period with a fixed rate in the amount of 4.5% in equal parts. The denomination is 1,000 euros per bond.<\/p>\n

The issue is based on the securities prospectus which has been published and approved on November 9th<\/sup> 2017 by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier in Luxembourg (CSSF) and notified to the Finanzmarketaufsicht (“FMA”) and Bundesanstalt f\u00fcr Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (“BaFin”).<\/p>\n

The securities prospectus and the bond conditions are available free of charge on the website of PV-Invest GmbH (www.pv-invest.com) and at PV-Invest GmbH, Lakeside B07, 9020 Klagenfurt.<\/p>\n
