\nPV-Invest GmbH (\u201cPV-Invest\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) refers to its ad-hoc announcement from March 5, 2021, with which it announced the planned entry of Liechtenstein Beteiligungs GmbH, a company of the Liechtenstein Group as an additional shareholder. The company now announces that the transaction has been successfully completed.<\/p>\n

As part of the participation of the Liechtenstein Group, a resolution was passed to increase capital , through which the company will receive additional equity of around 15 million euros. The injection of own funds is intended to enable PV-Invest to accelerate its expansion in the currently rapidly growing market for the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems and thus serve joint business development.<\/p>\n

The Liechtenstein Group’s participation takes place through the acquisition of existing shares from the previous shareholders and through their participation in the capital increase. After the capital increase has been carried out in the commercial register, the Liechtenstein Group will hold around 42% of the shares in PV-Invest. The majority of the shares thus remain under the control of the previous shareholders of PV-Invest. <\/p>\n
