Krumpendorf am Wörthersee, 17.04.2025: On 14 February 2025, PV-Invest GmbH successfully completed the public offering of the PV-Invest Green Bond 2024-2030 (ISIN: AT0000A3FMY8) and the PV-Invest Smart Bond 2024-2031 (ISIN: AT0000A3FMZ5). An issue volume totalling EUR 4,053,040.00 million was placed with private investors.</p>
The PV-Invest Green Bond 2024-2030 (ISIN: AT0000A3FMY8) with a fixed interest rate of 5.0% p.a. was placed with a total issue volume of EUR 3,640,040.00 and the PV-Invest Smart Bond 2024-2031 (ISIN: AT0000A3FMZ5) with a variable interest rate was placed with a total issue volume of EUR 413,000.00. The PV-Invest Green Bond 2024-2030 will be included in trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
The result of the overall issue
The public offering of the PV-INVEST GREEN BOND 2023 from 15 November 2023 to 15 June 2024 resulted in:</p>

PV-Invest Smart Bond 2024-2031 , (ISIN: AT0000A3FMZ5):
413 units with a value of EUR 413,000.00
Use of the bond proceeds
The issue proceeds will be used by the issuer for the acquisition or construction of new photovoltaic and hydropower plants. The geographical focus is particularly, but not exclusively, on projects in Italy and Greece. In addition, it is planned to use some of the funds for the refurbishment and maintenance of existing power plants in the issuer’s portfolio. The aim of the use of funds is to further expand the existing power plant portfolio, sustainably optimise existing plants and increase the share of renewable energy generation in Europe.
