Klagenfurt, 26. Juni 2024. Die PV-Invest has published its consolidated financial statements for 2023.

The PV-Invest Group is an internationally active group of companies in the field of renewable energies. Revenues are mainly generated through the operation of power plants, which primarily consist of photovoltaic systems. In addition, the company generates revenue from the EPC business (planning and construction of PV plants) in Austria, Italy and Slovenia. Financial stability is ensured through bonds, citizen participation models and traditional bank and lease financing. PV-Invest currently has existing properties with a total output of 63 megawatt peak (MWp) in operation in ten European countries. Total assets as at 31 December 2023 amounted to EUR 135.1 million, with an operating result of EUR 14.7 million according to the 2023 annual financial statements

Development in 2023

PV-Invest’s growth trend continued in 2023. Smaller rooftop systems were commissioned in Austria, while numerous other projects in the focus countries of Italy, Slovenia and Greece were or are currently under construction and development. The EPC business was largely characterised by the preparation of an extensive project pipeline in Italy.

Financial situation

The company’s equity and liquidity position remains satisfactory and stable.

Outlook

In the coming years, PV-Invest will significantly expand its power generation capacities, particularly in Italy and Greece. The focus is on the realisation of large PV projects, which will lead to a significant increase in total assets. For more information, read PV-Invest’s full annual report at:
