Klagenfurt, March 12, 2024: PV-Invest GmbH has completed the placement of the first tranche of the PV-Invest Green Bond 2023, the 5% PV-Invest Green Bond 2023-2028, (ISIN: AT0000A37UV1) and the floating rate PV-Invest Green Bond 2023-2033 (ISIN: AT0000A37UW9), on Friday, February 16, 2024, as planned. An issue volume of EUR 5.1 million was placed with private and institutional investors.

The PV-Invest Green Bond 2023-2028 (ISIN: T0000A37UV1) with a fixed interest rate of 5.0% p.a. was placed with a total issue amount of EUR 4,932,085.00. The floating-rate PV-Invest Green Bond 2023-2033 (ISIN: AT0000A37UW9) was placed for a total issue amount of EUR 180,790.00. On February 17, 2024, PV-Invest launched the issue of the second tranche of the PV-Invest Green Bond 2023. The two bonds will be included in trading on the Vienna MTF (formerly Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange) after the end of the public offering.
