Klagenfurt, 16 July 2024: PV-Invest GmbH is pleased to announce the result of the second tranche of the public offering of the PV-INVEST GREEN BOND 2023.

Successful placement

The second tranche of the public offering was completed as planned on 15 June 2024. From 17 February to 15 June 2024, bonds with a total nominal value of EUR 6,051,950.00 were successfully placed.

  • Tranche 2 of the 5,00% PV-Invest Green Bond 2023- 2028, ISIN AT0000A37UV1:
    6,018 notes with a total issue volume of EUR 6,036,800.00
  • Tranche 2 of the variable PV-Invest Green Bond 2023-2033, ISIN AT0000A37UW9:
    15 notes with a total issue volume of EUR 15,150.00

The result of the overall issue

The public offering of the PV-INVEST GREEN BOND 2023 from 15 November 2023 to 15 June 2024 resulted in:

  • • 5.00% PV-Invest Green Bond 2023-2028, ISIN AT0000A37UV1:
    10,905 notes with a value of EUR 10,959,885.00
  • variable PV-Invest Green Bond 2023-2033, ISIN AT0000A37UW9:
    194 notes with a value of EUR 195,940.00

Use of the bond proceeds

The bond proceeds will be used by PV-Invest (issuer) for the acquisition or construction of new photovoltaic and hydropower plants, in particular but not exclusively in Italy and Greece, as well as for the refurbishment and maintenance of existing power plants.
