As previously announced, shareholder Liechtenstein Invest GmbH (42.33%) has, as part of its new strategic direction, transferred its shareholding in the company in equal parts to the two existing shareholders, Managementkompetenz UB-Unternehmensberatung GmbH and RGA Beteiligungs GmbH.
The transaction was completed on 26 June 2026. As a result, Managementkompetenz UB-Unternehmensberatung GmbH and RGA Beteiligungs GmbH each now hold a 50% stake in PV-Invest GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
