Klagenfurt, August 31, 2018. The audited annual financial statements of PV-Invest GmbH for the 2017 financial year have been published. The positive trend of the previous year continues.

In the 2017 financial year, the issue of PV-Invest photovoltaic bonds 2017-2024 and 2017-2027 led to a further increase in corporate activities. In addition to the increased activity in the EPC and contracting business by the subsidiary KPV Solar GmbH, the existing portfolio could also be expanded.

As of the balance sheet date of December 31, 2017, the group balance sheet total was EUR 68.7 million. The operating performance of the PV-Invest Group grew by 39% compared to the previous year, to EUR 10.9 million. The increase in EBIT to EUR 3.13 million (previous year: EUR 2.48 million) leads to an EBIT / operating performance ratio of 28.6%. Equity (including subordinated liabilities) remained unchanged at EUR 6 million. Despite the expansion activities and the associated investments, a balanced annual surplus could be generated. The power plant portfolio of the entire group included PV power plants with a total output of 25.7 MW in 8 export markets at the end of the business year. This corresponds to an increase of 2 MW and entry into a new market.

At the beginning of 2018, the construction of two small hydropower plants in Bosnia-Herzegovina began, which is the first time that PV-Invest GmbH has invested in small hydropower plants in addition to PV power plants. Besides opening up another new market, this also diversifies the technology portfolio. Further the Spanish subsidiary Macael Fotovoltaica 11 SL was sold profitably in the first half of 2018 and the PV-Invest photovoltaic bonds 2017 were included in the Coporates Prime segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
